Your Tile can be placed on a variety of different items, including keys, wallet or pet collars. This Tile has a range of 61m, meaning it will ring when within that distance.

If your Tile is super far away, you’ll still be able to spot on the map where it was when last updated. If worst comes to worst and you still can’t find it, there is still hope! Try activating the Tile community feature, which allows anyone with the Tile app to help you locate it.

If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries.

Luggage.co.nz allow you to return your order within 100 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
