If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries. Some products have slightly different delivery time frames, this can be found underneath the Add to Cart button.

To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
