To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.

Care Instructions

Our luxe leather bags and accessories are crafted in premium full grain pebbled leather. When cared for correctly, leather is a durable material that ages beautifully.
The exterior of your Alf bag has been waterproof treated, so you can wipe away dust and dirt with a damp cloth. The interior lining can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or baby wipe.
Always use special leather products to protect and spot clean your bags and leather accessories. We recommend spraying/treating your bag with some waterproofer at the beginning of each season to ensure the leather stays in premium condition.
If your beloved Alf gets wet, simple wipe the excess water off and dry with a cloth. Leave to dry out naturally; never use heat to dry leather.
