The Osprey Duro 6 Medium/Large Men's Trail Running Backpack is a phenomenally designed medium capacity running pack that will hold everything you need for any length run.

Constructed to be a vest-style fit and lined with breathable foam mesh. With front panel features like dual zippered slash pockets and dual access to the main compartment. Additionally, the front of the vest has stretch mesh zippered pockets for grabbing a quick protein bar or water bottle mid-trail. Cinch down your pack using the adjustable chest straps, to prevent it from bouncing. Duro 6 has a reservoir sleeve of 1.5L capacity, a trekking pole attachment and multiple stretch mesh harness pockets to store enough food that will keep you energized throughout your journey.
