Here at we only supply luggage that we ourselves would love to own and use, but we understand that sometimes the piece you have chosen just isn’t quite right – whether it be too big, too small or you just don’t click with the design! That is why we have our easy 100 day returns policy in place, to ensue that you as the buyer always have the power of choice.

We’ve made the process as easy as possible for you and all we ask is that the luggage is returned to us in brand new, unused condition with all of the original packaging and tags still attached. This means you’re able to touch and see the item to get a real feel for it before committing fully.

It is extremely helpful to us if you include your name and order number in your return so we can quickly and efficiently refund your purchase! (Extra brownie points if your email or invoice is included!)



Once we have received your return back and our talented team have checked over the product to ensure it is in original condition, we will refund you within 48 hours (on working days) and you should see the return in your account 24 hours after that.
